    Excellent, but too long and confusing. They should have broken it up into a bunch of smaller, 30-second ads that were more clear about the fact that what John McCain says in his ads are lies and distortions. Otherwise, someone listening at home is going to half-hear the first part of the ad and still believe the distortions. Never underestimate the half-second attention span of a TV watcher.

    I agree it is confusing. I think it should just hit the lie or distortion which should just be called untrue and move on. Need simplicity - plain talk. Say ,"perverse McCain said a bill to protect children was teaching sex. Remember McMartin Preschool. We have to protect our children by any and all means. " Say, " McCain the POW voted against providing benefits for our troops returning home." " John McCain is tide to the hip to corporate lobbist - they run his campaign and with him as president, they will continue to run Washington."
    I'm not a writer but stright talk that does not repete the smear.

    The placment of the "I'm John McCain..." approval tag doesn't always connect to the distortion. I some cases, it implies that he approves the correction.

    I actually think it's pretty effective, the repetition of "I approved this message" over and over is like a chorus and the end where it's just headline after headline is powerful. The music is good too...urgent sounding...not like that just released official ad that gives us the "John McCain can't use the internet stuff." which seemed pretty weak to me, the music on that one was silly and the ad not up to our usual standards. Just saying....

    I am glad to see that Barack has decided to hit back but I hope their are tons more coming! The McCain camp is getting nastier day by day and I don't want Barack to lose because of lies! We need to HIT them HARD on the TRUTH and ISSUES.
    I'd like to see EVERY FALSE attack COUNTERED back!

    With age any person gets "matured" and "honest". In case of Grandpa
    John McCain it is "reverse". He is getting more "crook" and "liar" and
    seems he is going to cheat American voters. Grandpa McCain all
    experiences are "negative" and "irrelevant" in modern fast changing
    world. "Change" is an authorized symbol of Presidential democratic
    candidate Barack Obama. "Country" is an authorized symbol of
    Grandpa John McCain. John McCain together with President Bush
    and Dick Cheney has brought country America to disrepute. People
    donot understand what he is talking about ? People should take
    cognizance of what grandpa John McCain speaks. He speaks only
    lies and is thowing dust in the eyes of people. It is high time people
    keep their eyes wide open and see and understand properly what
    this old guy speaks. To cover up every wrong doing he has put up
    lip stick lady Sarah Palin before him and hide everything.
