The code talking, Pat Buchanan has read the tea leaves. When John McCain came out immediately with this statement on Judge Sotomayer:

"I congratulate Judge Sonia Sotomayer on her nomination by the President to be an Associate Justice on the United States Supreme Court," read a statement from his office. "I look forward to examining her record thoroughly during the Senate confirmation process."

That statement by John McCain says one thing, he is up for re-election, Arizona is heavily Hispanic and expect him to vote, YAY for Sotomayer.
