Lol Rep. Bachmann fails at understanding what a bill says. She really desperately wants the bill to mean all private plans in America - so that she can claim all healthcare is being taken over. This comes from the fear that lobbyists and companies have of a public option out competing the so-special-best-in-the-USA current health insurance system. Sad. Anything will be twisted to push a point.
