U.S. Sen. John Cornyn drew boos from a crowd outside the Texas Capitol this afternoon as he spoke at a “tea party” rally organized by the Texas office of Americans for Prosperity.
Cornyn was booed at the start and close of his remarks, which assailed actions in Washington; there were no boos while he awarded a Purple Heart to a Copperas Cove resident injured in Iraq in 2006.
“You’re the problem,” a crowd member hollered....
Perry drew scattered boos, notably from crowd members aware of his advocacy of toll roads to relieve traffic congestion.

So, in effect the GOP has made its own labeling of its party as a bunch of self interested yahoos with no motivation to do anything substantive for the public unless it coincides with unearned profiting by some donor corporations.
Their main campaign platform to get elected is "Secession, Anarchy, Tax evasion, every 'man' for himself, and a caste society as long as they are in the upper caste." Isnt it ironic that they advocate to destroy our government, while complimenting our Government run military as 'The best in the world", insult our Spy agencies, and denigrate them, when its convenient, and act personally offended when a democrat questions an agency's credibility. All this while trying to get elected TO that same government and collect their "treasured big paychecks" obtain those big government freebies and benefits, while publicly villifying their employers.
I say give them what they want.... Get rid of all the Republicans from government, and make sure they get no Government run or funded benefits the rest of their lives.
