    It is very exciting to hear Obama's speech on education. I am glad to see the research he has done and relating that to his personal experience. I hope that he has done some research on the support staff that schools need to do a good job also. Charter schools need good administrators who foster cooperation and good business managers that keep schools on sound financial footing. I believe one of the innovations that is necessary to improve schools is money for aides in every classroom. Many schools have aides but they are required to spend all their time with special needs kids and that this eats up many school budgets. School budgets need to have enough money that will be required to be used just for that. You can raise the standards as high as you want but the teachers aren't always qualified to teach to those standards since they were not raised with those standards. There is much more to be said.

    did anyone noticed any difference from the speech he gave about education in sept 8 2008? i thought he added more to what he had said before. i would really appreciate it if you can share what you picked out. I am doing a research paper. thank you

    :) love this speech o actually didnt hear his last speech so i dont know. well it is true about the education and challenge and i it is cool. but i think that President should do something about those people whose parents doesn't let them go to school or even if they let them go to school they dont let them do their HW cause they want the child to do something else. If this problem is solved than there will be many kids going to school not only going to school but actually learning and getting some education. there are many kids who love school but they cant go because of some reason and some wants to go to collage too but because of their parents who are misusing their kids and the children cant tell anyone or else their parents will beat them up. well i love this speech:)
