morning joe: Banks won't tell how bailout money was spent (video)

In other words, F and U, to answering any questions on how the money was spent or NOT spent. Unbelievable. Congress is equally to blame for just forking over money to these institutions with NO OVERSIGHT on how the money was spent. These institutions should not get ONE MORE PENNY of the remaining 350B of the TARP funds. Just, unbelievable.
