    Sorry to say, but the whole family is subject to be photographed when they are somewhere that a long camera lens can reach. If they were to go to a private beach with no public access nearby, we wouldn't be seeing pictures. This is just like the pics of stars on beaches or their hotel balcony. Everything is subject to public eyes if you put yourself in the range of the blood thirsty papparazzi. Besides that, as long as these types of pics sell magazines, ie, People magazine, etc., there will be people taking these pictures.
