Secretary Geithner's bank rescue plan is revealed

I am not going to write anything on the bank rescue plan, I am skeptical, but at this point we don't know if it will work or not. Again, we are treading in unfamiliar waters here, the not knowing of what will work. I give Geithner points in having a plan in place and to let us see the specifics, now we have to see if it will work. So, far the markets like it, the dow rallied to 497 points. That is a good thing, so far.
