I don't know WHAT the Palin handlers are doing, but if you are going to speak to anyone who is Head of State, especially on the telephone, you would think that it would be vetted? Huh?

Palin thought she was speaking to President Nicholas Sarkozy of France, but as you listen to the call, anyone would have had the "question mark" go off in their head by the questions asked.
