Damn, times are rough, Ford Motor Company sales dropped 32%

This is for the month of December.

Again, when you don't have a job, trying to hold onto a job, out hustling for a job, who has money to spend on cars, trucks, SUVs with sticker prices of 20K on up.

That is a huge problem here.

I don't expect things to get any better for this industry, they have lacked behind innovation and forward thinking for years, they racked in the money on gas guzzlers for years, have been in bed with the petro kings for years, but they do need to survive.

At this point, even with bailout money, the question is how?

Ford’s U.S. sales dropped 32 percent in December, the automaker said Monday.

The world’s largest automakers are reporting their December U.S. sales reports Monday, and they’re expected to report further declines in vehicle sales. Japanese automaker Toyota is expected to keep its title of the number-two U.S. vehicle seller.

U.S. auto sales plunged 37 percent in November to their worst level in more than 26 years, dashing expectations that this dismal year for vehicle demand had found a bottom.
